Perks. Compensation is lacking at first, however, once you prove your worth,(just like most employers), you begin to get more adequately compensated. Safety is also valuable to DCA, and all supplies, hardware, equipment are provided and utilized efficiently.
Cons
Unless you have a Bachelors degree,(I have an AAS) it is hard to move up in the company. Other than that, it’s a great company to work for, more like a family. All employees work as a well oiled machine, as a team.
