Great company to work for. Full of integrity and really cares about it's team members. Tons of bonuses, profit sharing and just company fun overall.

Cons

Work weekends which I am not fond of. Depends on who your manager is, typically a relaxed work setting.

The sky is the limit. I loved working at David Weekley Homes. If I hadn't needed to move away I would still be there.

It is a team environment. I felt like a a valued employee. I was given many opportunities to grow and learn more about the industry. Management expects a lot from you, but they never ask more than they are willing to give themselves.

Cons

Work/life balance was difficult for me.
