Cons

If you have a bad manager life will be miserable for you. If they listen to their employees about the managers and how certain ones treat their employees, no complaints.

Cons

Serious disconnect between owner's values and what is actually being done in the field. Management all from a builder background, no idea what sales is actually like You are a dime-a-dozen, don't follow their culture or the exact way they want things done, you are gone One of the highest turnover rates in the industry for sales
