Pros

Most of the employees are very kind

Cons

Pay is a joke compared to other builders. They try to counter that with bonuses, but you have to be working with the company for 2 years and become an “owner” before you can reap any sort of benefit from any “significant” bonuses. Once market slows down, they will also not hesitate to terminate you regardless of how well your numbers say you are doing, or how highly your homeowners rate and speak of you on surveys. *WARNING*- PM’s will not hesitate to throw you under the bus when they catch even the slightest whiff that a less than perfect homeowner survey will come through. Even with the worst and pickiest homeowners, they will act like the customer is always right.
