Not bad if you can make it here

Pros

The company is small so there is constant communication between departments. They compensate their workers fairly well. If you can make it past the 1 year mark, it makes it a lot easier to stay.

Cons

Company is not very structured, so a lot of things can fall through the cracks. Also somewhat self-starting- it is what you make of it. Still privately owned so still run as such in many ways.

Horrible Experience

Pros

Friendly operations team and decent employee discounts

Cons

Anyone who is not a manager is treated terrible. Sales associates verbally abuse and use all operations team. They think they are better than everyone else. Middle management team gets run over and does the jobs for the senior management team. Senior management doesn't even know how to work the POS system, just have everyone else do the work and they take the credit. It is like a sorority house, you have to be pretty and friends with the manager to get promoted or even be happy. Senior management takes 2-3 hour lunches and leave early and have no comprehension of what is going on in their own store.
