Chaotic, big egos and low pay

Great place to get your foot in the door for a career in luxury brands.

Cons

No power to make decisions, you have to deal with the large egos/demands of those in charge or of those hired to consult. The pay is very low to start out and hiring from outside instead of promoting from within is favored, I saw many talented people leave because their talent was not recognized and the people brought in above them had to be trained by them and were not half as competent.

Great learning opportunity but after 2-3 years salary increase is not enough.

Great networking ability. Great place to start your career because the company is growing exponentially. Co-workers are very friendly. Good work environment.

There is a lack of financial growth. The company is private so some people are hired based on their connections not skill.
