Pros

Some nice benefits; yoga on the roof, juice bar, discounts on jewelry, nice location. Small company so it is easy to find and talk directly to people in different departments. The company used to be a great place to work so maybe not all is lost.

Cons

Over the last 2 years new management has come in and ever since the company has been in a tail spin. -Zero work life balance.  The expectation is that employees will live their jobs. -Senior management is in willful denial about what is happening "in the trenches". -Do as I say, not as I do culture with lots of finger pointing. -Staff is completely demoralized, turnover is absurdly high, no one in HR or the executive suite cares. -CEO cannot help but yell and scream all the time.  New Chief Merchant lacks basic understanding of management principals.  New CIO is non-technical and just talks a good game.
