Pros

It’s a great, family owned business that has learned how to still function efficiently and maximize business through wonderful corporate leadership. Great employee discount. Fantastic benefits and PTO

Cons

You definitely are expected to work hard and earn those benefits. Depending on location and position, work/life balance can be tough.

Pros

Rapidly growing company/ product sells itself - their software and procedures are not up to par with the growth they have. Other locations have found ways to work around this so there is potential, some corporate partners are amazing because they have been with company for so long. It’s nice that the stores do communicate with each other so it helps workers find inconsistencies or best practice but because each store works so independently rule wise that leaves room for clients to be having a completely different experience in each store. The whole company lacks consistency in best practices because of the freedom to operate each store almost independently.

Cons

Repair process is a nightmare for the clients which in turn makes it a nightmare for the sellers and operations alike. Customer service issues has no real policy, corporate/district/regional rather you throw a gift card at the issues then see a service complaint come in and learn how to fix it even if the clients are in the wrong or abusive(company wide issue). No consistency in procedures, lots of IT issues. Lack of work life balance. This location lacks teamwork. Unrealistic goals set on sellers. If you get a negative review it’s sent to highest members of the company (wish they took the glass door reviews as seriously) Store manager lauri is the worst management I have ever had and created an environment for bad company culture to thrive and borderline harassed workers. An imposter truly on all fronts, all her decisions were born out of insecurity because she did not/could not handle the role( to give the benefit of doubt, Lauri often said the person she reported to offered her no support and that lauri would usually act out of fear with them. take that with a grain of salt as lauri has been caught lying). Lauri often tried to pass her work off to others or find ways to blame others for her mistakes. Would often email HR lying about behavior but would never speak in person about the behavior to the associate, but would often negatively gossip about the associate with other members of the team, gossips about all team members really, even ones in other stores for what is supposedly confidential information. Because of the lack of management on store managers part there was often an unequal distribution of work among all workers in the store front and back alike. This includes awful line management/actual floor directing, lack of cleanliness, resulting in more customer service issues or animosity amongst the staff. Lauri also made the schedule with lots of mistakes and late, deny time off requests but will always make sure to schedule her time off. Lauri often spoke negatively about senior management and would attempt to instill fear of interacting with them, especially if there was an issue she could not solve(which happens very often) probably because the lies she tells them about her own work performance would come to light if associates spoke more.
