Pros
This company has very little turn over. They invest in their people do a lot to make their employees happy. The company compensates very well & has great benefits, including generous vacation offering. They have deep pockets (which goes a long way in terms of paying people well, rewarding people well, providing support needed for store supplies, etc). This is one of those companies where the sales people likely make more than their managers.
Cons
David Yurman requires a certain caliber of seasoned sales professional. If you don't have previous fine jewelry experience, then you probably can't "hang." The customer has been around longer than you & knows more than you do about the brand & the product. You will need to have extensive knowledge of precious stones & materials. The product assortment is so incredibly vast that it feels nearly impossible to know it all & really be the expert.
