      Amazing Benefits Commission structure is top tier Relaxing environment Good work life balance

      Not to many cons about working with David Yurman. I love this company only thing I could say is when I started I didn’t get the best training on learning the product so better training program. Better hourly pay for brand Ambassadors and not putting a lot of pressure on Brand Ambassador on making their sales goal. Overall company is great
