The company is great. The main people value their employees and always respectful when they’re visiting your store.

Cons

West Coast regional and the Area/ store Manager are horrible. They treat the team like they are lower than them, very dismissive and disrespectful. And at times very inappropriate (regional). Both need more experience in their roles and better coaching. Frankly, they are both an HR nightmare.
