      Jewelry and styling clients. I met David Yurman. Health insurance was great!

      Unrealistic corporate directives & sales goals, ineffective/feckless communication, low pay, superficial support from upper management.

      Toxic leaders, no Covid policies enforced, no support

      Commission and incentives are competitive

      Cons

      company has poor Covid policies and does not enforce, no respect for your time off, not able to take any weekend day off, texts to your phone all times of the day, and manager takes all credit and does none of the work.
