      I learned a lot. As a designer, I met many jewelers and illustrators that taught me loads. There are many highly technically trained people here with vast knowledge of jewelry.

      Cons

      I was mistreated. I did experience harassment from my supervisor. It was a very unfortunate experience. The design team is a clique of older woman who have been there for a long time. They told me I would either last 6 months or 6 years. It is difficult to express the amount of disappointment and mistreatment I experienced while keeping to the Glassdoor code of conduct. If you are interested in working here, my advice would be that you must be incredibly cut throat, this is not for just anyone. Very nasty environment. Be careful.
