Pros

Great products , sometimes they would listen to what sales associates would like about change, repairs , and how to display new pieces. Great vacation hours.

Cons

Hours - mall hours constant repairs - cost of repairs - how long repairs take - no reinforcement of dress code. Should give raises to senior sales associates . Upper management isn't friendly

Pros

Great discount, health benefits, meet great people, learn a lot, great jewelry/ product.

Cons

There are a lot of changes going on throughout the company. Upper management micromanages employees to the point of dysfunction. Stress levels run very high. When you need help, good luck finding it in a timely manor. Favoritism when hiring is very clear. Hard workers are shot down. Upper management come and go as they please putting extra work on others while taking credit for the work. It is very hard to take seriously when you see what goes on around you.
