Discount on products, some great team members, interesting projects.

Cons

This company is so poorly structured and the morale has tanked because of it. The culture is non existent and leadership doesn’t care. When the company was given a long peakon survey, many employees were very transparent and open about challenges, frustrations, and suggestions for change. When the results came in, leadership basically said take what we have or leave it as we’re all lucky to have jobs and if you don’t like it you can leave. Many areas of the business have extremely high turnover because people are overworked, under appreciated, and micromanaged. People were very shaken up months after a surprise company layoff earlier in the year, which caught everyone completely off guard. I would highly suggest not joining this company, if you have a choice. Empathy and kindness are unfortunately not part of this organization.
