      Pros

      - Sarah, a store manager in the Austin store, has authenticity, humility, and wisdom. I took a lot of good pieces of advice from her that serve me everywhere I go. - fair commission based environment

      Cons

      - working on weekends and holidays, your two days off are on random days (like everywhere in the retail). Eventually, you don't see your family.
