Pros

Employee sales and the juice bar is really good. They have special events during the year to bring departments together and to have a little bit of enlightenment. Free gifts from the Yurmans when Christmas comes around. My collogues were great to work with to! Even after employment I still keep in touch with them often.

Cons

Management is definitely a problem, no questions about it. The problem with management is the way they treat their subordinates, in a very unfair way. I was chewed up and spit on, and thrown right back out into the world to find another opportunity. In other words, you will be used, and then thrown out. Do not expect management to have your support. Management only care about themselves and not their subordinates. If you do a great job, then great! Do not expect a pat on the back or any type of recognition or commendation. The subordinates drive the company and that explains why there are so many unsatisfied employees. If I cannot convince you, please take a look at their employee retention rate.
