      Discrimination, Bullies, lack ofcommunication, lack of fairness, favoritism, lack of morale, no support from HR unless you’re upper management.

      Great pay and beautiful designs

      Cons

      No work life balance, no respect for labor laws or for employees futures. The company is run like a mom and pop store even after so many locations. Constant turn at all levels, specially from those that are good at their job. People don't last more than two years at any levels.
