The juice bar, cafeteria, and discount were only pros.

Cons

Just about everything. The arrogant/unqualified/lazy upper management really set the tone for the whole company and made you feel inadequate no matter what. They did not treat you well at all. If there were problems or last minute changes (which happened almost every day multiple times a day) then the blame was always passed to someone else and you were expected to deal with it while management sat around and gossiped. LOTS of unjustified divas and the family drama was brought into the office quite a bit.

Great jewelry to be around, associates are friendly.

Cons

Back of the house has to be servants to sales associates, answering all phone calls, bringing customers drinks, cleaning their jewelry. Sales associates take advantage of the help offered by back of house support.
