Pros

* Overall staff is friendly and environmentally having a good time at the office (NY CORP HQ) * Pay is decent, could be a bit higher.

Cons

* Management doesn't value the employee input like they do a contractor or vendor * Management doesn't realize that if they expand the team it would function even better * Management insulates employees from discussions within their own department, even though the modal expressed but he CEO is supposed to be open, transparent, and all inclusive when working as a team. * A lot of nepotism in the departments despite there being a policy in HR and quid-quo-pro on hiring within certain departments. * Contractors are allowed to make decisions that will effect an employees ability to do their job since the employees are

Pros

Juice Bar and Sample Sales

Cons

Having to deal with people at senior levels crying. Seriously, grown women actually crying. Oblivious, out of touch and unrealistic upper management.

Pros

Juice bar is great, granted I was there only for a short time.

Cons

Enormous amount of pressure for Information Technology professionals. You are expected to multitask by dropping your current task to perform 5 other projects and then drop it for another emergency. Staff is too small to handle major daily tasks and projects. Management is extremely disorganized. Meetings that creates a hostile environment of demands of timelines of projects to be done in unrealistic times. Having a consultant approve budgets but his expenses are more than IT equipment yearly. There's some rollout of a new software that is supposed to be priority to the company but there are multiple rollouts at the same time. Not smart business strategy and IT strategy. I didn't stay long, it was not worth it. I wish them luck.
