Co-Workers are great, management appreciates your input, and discount perks are a plus.

Cons

Management appreciates input, but slow to work on improvements. Still a growing business business working on old platforms. It's 2015! Miscommunication with other departments. It would be nice for everyone to be on the same page.

Majority of staff are dedicated and work extremely hard for this unique and creative brand. Product design is amazing and rewarding to work for company with rich history.

Cons

Often difficult to get management to focus (or stay focused) on goals and objectives. Employees can be 'in' then quickly out of favor.
