Pros

At the company, there are intelligent colleagues working together in a safe creative space. Great company!

Cons

Private company that is mostly corporate but feels like family has its drawbacks. Ad hoc assignments occur almost every day.

Decent Staff - Horrible Management

Pros

Enjoyed working with the staff. Seemed to have growth offered within the company. Corporate was friendly & helpful.

Cons

Upper Management did nothing all day it seemed. Hung out in the office and took what seemed to be an all day lunch break. Most employees who were promoted were such a joke and hardly knew how to do their own jobs prior to the promotions. New CEO was awful & basically cleaned house creating a very untrustworthy & uncomfortable work environment. He didn't even come from luxury retail & was trying to down the brand so that more 18 year olds would shop, when most 18 year olds don't shop on Madison Avenue. Overall it started out great and ended badly with new higher ups. Was a free for all & regardless if you were management or bottom tier everyone sort of did whatever they wanted. No organization & you'll definitely be taken advantage of here.
