Pros

great benefits, time off during holidays.

Cons

Management doesn't take employee concerns seriously. Supervisors are the biggest gossipers and instigators there. Hard workers get over worked and the lazy workers get away with being lazy. Only reason I give two stars is because the work isn't hard, and benefits are good. But it doesn't matter how easy the job is, the lack of competent management and understaffing will drive you into the ground.

Smart and collaborative colleagues. Good career growth opportunities. Great administration. Excellent job security. Amazing campus with lots of community engagement opportunities. Good pay, great benefits. There are lots of social opportunities to bond with colleagues. It feels like a family. Best culture/values of anywhere that I have worked.

Cons

The commute on I-77. Like any large organization there is some bureaucracy that slows down the decision making process. There could be more processes put in place to recruit and develop talent on the staff side.
