Beautiful facilities, generally nice people, pretty good benefits (especially retirement contribution matching). Cute town.

Cons

Hard to find your way into the many inner circles of Davidson if you are not a faculty member and/or not an alum. Communication needs a lot of work.

Students work ethic, they were great to work with and teach. They truly cared and respected the learning environment

Cons

Lack of Support from supervisors, administration. Work was never recognized.
