Pros

If you are a Davidson College graduate and you stick around to work there, it is a candy job. What they don't realize is that these people have no "real life" experience to guide them and thus they operate out of a bubble. In the end, they are extremely ineffective and self-serving.

Cons

If you are not a Davidson College graduate, you will always be treated like sh*t. You may actually rise to management, but you will never go beyond. They pride themselves on never firing Davidson grads who work for the college, but the everyone else is expendable.

Pros

I believe that Davidson College does have several strong points that it provides for its employees including consistant pay, good benefits, and exceptional job security.

Cons

That being said I do not feel that Davidson College is well suited for a highly motivated employee who has a strong desire for advancement, and as of lately they have began to withdraw many of the inscentvies that were guaranteed to their employees upon hiring.

Fantastic managers, flexible hours, positive work environment. Perfect for students who want a quiet and relaxed part time job)

Cons

None although if you are an extrovert I would recommend a job with a higher level of social interaction like working at the front desk.
