Small company, great leadership that goes out of their way to help employees. Awesome retirement benefits. Pays well for the positions offered.

Cons

Some organizational issues relating to being a small company. Some medical benefits more expensive than others, used to be better (possible side effect of the ACA). Small footprint, not as many jobs in many areas.
