      The benefits are second to none. The 401K discretionary is awesome and really helped me to kick start my retirement savings.

      Cons

      Not a global company. Wish the company was in more locations so I could relocate and keep my job. The culture is great!

      Great Benefits! Pays full medical for you and your family!! 10% into 401k automatically, and fully vested day 1 Management works well with all levels of employees

      Cons

      Pay is competitive, but may not be as high as somewhere else due to the fact that they automatically put 10% of your pay into your 401k.
