Love the team members and the work itself! No joke! We get it done and we have a great time working together! Some of the most intelligent people I have ever met!
Cons
Executive Leadership Team continues to strip us of benefits such as a 1 month paid sabatical every 5 years of service. They nixed that last year. We are not compensated nearly what we're worth. There is no work/life balance--they continue to lay off people and instead of replacing the positions, they add more to the plates of the remaining employees. Many of us work two jobs to support our families. 3% yearly raise--no matter how you perform. We got a T shirt and a Christmas ornament in January as our yearly appreciation holiday gift.
