      Pros

      Daxko is a great place to work. Leadership genuinely cares about people and their growth. They focus a lot on performance improvement and actually reward it with better pay. Compensation is higher than most companies I have seen, and the hybrid work policy makes work-life balance much easier. Feels like a place where you can really build a long-term career. Individual per/person budget for monthly team building activities is one of the greatest perks.

      Sometimes Parking becomes an issue

      Work-life balance is genuinely good Hybrid work mode offers flexibility Decent infrastructure and tools for day-to-day tasks

      Cons

      Technical expertise across teams is relatively low Workplace culture can feel toxic and political Politics at its peak — decisions are often driven by favoritism rather than merit Job security is a major concern — terminations can happen suddenly, without prior warning Favoritism is prevalent — social bonding (especially with senior “drinking circles”) often matters more than performance Company policies and team structures are frequently changed every 6 months, creating instability and confusion
