There's a culture of being trusted to get your work done, and the benefits are decent. The insurance is better if you're based in AL. So out of state, beware.

Cons

You will never be paid market value for your position. Regardless of your location, be ready for minimal raises and not keeping up with inflation.

HORRIBLE CEO and HR. Its good to remember, HR is not there for YOU. They are there to protect the company. That is why the head of people team always defends the company instead of the employee. I am convinced that they could lay off every US-based engineer for the outsourced Indians, and she would tell everyone "Well its really beneficial for everyone!" Too focused on DEI garbage.
