- CEO is the most egotistical person I’ve ever met. Refuses to take responsibility for anything. Belittles low-level employees on company wide meetings. - After they got bad results from their bi-annual employee survey in the spring, they cancelled the planned fall survey and made it an annual only survey. Requesting less employee feedback is never a good thing. - Recently installed a software on all company computers to track number of Active hours per day, seem to be increasing in micromanagement
