Cons
As we grow and our needs change, we do sometimes experience growing pains as with any company. This can sometimes look like restructuring (though this is very rare), additional responsibility, and adjustments. From what I’ve seen, leadership handles this well and keeps the company, clients, and team members all in mind with all major decisions. But sometimes additional responsibilities can feel stressful while adjustments are made and additional roles are created/filled. Daxko does a great job keeping those things in mind.
