Pros
- Team leads are invested in your future. I see a lot of people get internally promoted and management will help them learn more if they don’t have every skill initially (myself included!) - Senior Leaders try to keep us all in the loop on how the business is doing and are open to feedback. I’ve never worked at a company that ever asked what I thought of the way it’s ran and their openness makes me respect them more. - People are amazing!!!!!!! - Always feel that the management on my team really cares about me - Most flexible company I’ve ever worked for
Cons
- Pay could be higher, but I think it’s mainly lower when people are internally promoted because we’re reaching them how to do the job. Then small raises come as you master it. Still higher pay doesn’t hurt
