Detailed onboarding process. Responsive during the interview process. Supportive and encouraging team members.

Cons

The training process is long and can seem like a bit much when going through it but it is very helpful. It is also quite self-paced so if you have trouble with that, you might struggle.

The people are incredible. Made great friends and loved everyone there. Laid back dress code and pre-Covid office culture was a ton of fun.

Cons

Leadership is struggling to merge several companies and give employees opportunities for advancement and higher pay.
