Pros
The are some wonderful people here. My two supervisors advocate for our teams, help with our workload and treat us respectfully. I’ve gotten to know a smaller group of my peers well and gotten together a couple of times.
Cons
This year the company has begun rolling our many changes, quickly. Our team was told we were abusing the flexible PTO policy. But the senior leaders were the ones approving PTO for people who were exceeding their limits. Some people who were “abusing” had COVID and others were taking care of sick family members. There is not a timely plan to replace several people on our team. Asking remote team members to commute unreasonable distances to offices is unacceptable. I feel like there is an intentional push to get us to leave the company so they can start over with people without expectations. I think it’s working.
