      Pros

      Some of the greatest things about Daxko is all the technology you are exposed to. There is always room to grow in your career and Daxko fully supports you taking time for training and gaining knowledge in your field. The PEOPLE are amazing. Once you become part of the team you will understand. The people really care about each other and really embrace the me to we principal.

      Cons

      Decisions seem to be based on strictly saving the company money and therefore killing the incredible company Daxko once was.

      Pros

      * Fast growing company creates lots of opportunity for personal growth * Leadership invests in people and promotes from within * Fun industry to serve - customers are generally great human beings * Awesome, highly-engaged team - everyone cares a lot about the business * Products are best (or on their way to best) in every market served * "Unlimited" PTO * 30-day sabbatical after 5 years of tenure (amazing, who does this!!!) * PC or Mac, your choice.

      Cons

      * Long hours - not the place to hide or try to work 35 hour weeks * Rate of change is high - opportunity for change agents, not for the change adverse * Highly distributed organization - stay away if you struggle to work with remote team members.

      Daxko is finally moving in the right direction that it should have a long time ago

      Pros

      We have a well educated, experienced and intelligent CEO that embodies the epitome of what it means to have a clear vision for success in the long term for our company. He has stated his expectations and been transparent about them. It also does not hurt that we are representing some of the best technology in this industry. Our CEO is doing what should have been done a long time ago, which is remove the politics and begin to weed out the people who have been nearly tenured here due to special relationships within the company, but do not bring any real value. He is changing Daxko to a work focused environment versus just being a playground, and letting people who are not performing well, but are team leads that spend more time with their pets than working have the highest job security (director of marketing for non profit). In regards to the more insignificant pros, free Friday meals definitely does not hurt.

      Cons

      The pace is definitely fast here, and change has been frequent, so be prepared for surprises to come up when you least expect them. An acquisition could occur..etc.
