It's a job that pays (some) bills.
Cons
Difficult/impossible to move up, not many opportunities for advancement (ie if you are hourly you will likely be stuck at hourly- raises and promotions are very small). Company culture tends to praise those who work long hours when fixable issues flare up again and again. Huge separation between lower level employees and higher up decision makers and not much communication between. Company just rolled back PTO 20 day policy to just 15 (this includes any sick) after several had to take time off due to Covid-19 this past year. This was done without the input of Team Leads- just a decision made from the top. When hired, was told Daxko believes in "work-life blend" and is friendly to those with families. All evidence to the contrary.
