      Work-life balance Friendly coworkers Understanding team leads Value input from all levels in the organization Continue to want to improve experience both for customers and employees Very understanding leadership Career paths Encourage growth not just professionally but personally by learning new skills

      Can seem overwhelming the first couple months. Team leads, senior leadership, and coworkers are all understanding of this and more than willing to assist just don't be afraid to ask questions.

      Pros

      Many opportunities with Daxko are WFH positions, which comes with its own set of benefits. But on top of this, Daxko offers their employees ample days of PTO. Daxko's leadership team meets with the entire company quarterly to show the transparency in numbers and what are company is working towards. Team leads and mentors are assigned so you never feel alone or overwhelmed but instead communicated with and supported. Also, A LOT of room for growth and moving up as many positions are hired from within.

      Cons

      If you do not enjoy working from home, they do have some office locations but it would be based off of your location to them.
