The women here do not empower other women. They are very self-serving, especially in management. The board is composed of NO BLACK PEOPLE. The company that owns the company (GI Partners) has NO BLACK EMPLOYEES. They don't even interview Black software engineers, it seems. It is sickening in this day and age that Daxko would spit in the faces of so many POCs by hiring so few. And I don't even know if there were any LGBTQ+ employees. They like to talk about how they are a friend of the community, but that's all it is. Talk. I can tell when someone is pandering to me by slapping rainbows on everything and saying "WE LOVE GAY!" instead of hiring more gays. It would be better if you stopped with all of your ridiculous pandering to everyone and started instead.
