Pre COVID: Free lunches on Friday, relaxed dress code (great for southern summers) quarter-update meetings with craft beer, frequent team meetings and staff engagement, fun to build relationships and rapport with (some) clients, ample professional development but it's not what it used to be

Cons

Longer hours than expected, the cadence of the day can be difficult to predict, people irate over somewhat trivial issues, always on phones rather than alternating between phone, chat, and email, little teammate interaction due to constant influx of calls
