Everyone is approachable all of the time, even the top leadership. Its rare to find a real open door policy, plus a manager that is always open to feedback, but Daxko has them both!

Cons

Lots of meetings. As a new hire its hard to connect to all the products, services, and goals that Daxko has on the roadmap. A little more guidance integrating into what was relevant to know for my job when it came to our goods & services would have been nice before attending so many meetings about our progress towards company goals.
