Daxko onboarding program continues to evolve to ensure connection with other team members, new hire training, and exposure to how Daxko operates as a company. Each functional organization holds regular All Hands meetings to ensure communication is cascaded, we create clarity, overcommunicate and reinforce the vision. Daxko also provides self paced and instructor led training development opportunities for all team members. We provide support through multiple avenues. The hope is that we can provide you with a more specific response but there are not any specifics on support in your post to build on. You are encouraged to put our open door culture to the test by talking with your Team Lead, member of the Senior Leadership team or any member of the People Development team.
