      Pros

      When you join Daxko you're trusted and challenged to grow immediately and incessantly. In the almost 3 years I've been here I can't overstate how much I've developed and whether my future continues inside our outside of Daxko, I am definitely the better for it.

      Cons

      If you are just looking for a J-O-B you will likely not be happy for long at Daxko. It's not a place of stagnation or routine. Things can change at the drop of a hat and you have to be willing operate under controlled chaos at times. It's a very rewarding place to work, but you definitely can't just go through the motions.

      Pros

      Talking about culture in the work environment has become a cliche, but it's impossible to talk about Daxko without bringing it up. A fantastic culture that prides itself on it's open, creative, and transparent nature. The people make coming to work each day enjoyable. The benefits are fantastic as well. Free lunches for everyone on Friday help to create a family atmosphere. Affordable health insurance, competitive pay, lenient vacation policy (Including sabbatical) all play a small role in the providing the whole package.

      Cons

      While I don't have this issue personally, it seems like the only people who have a difficult time at Daxko have a strained relationship with their Team Lead. For better or for worse, your Team Lead will have a lot to say in your general happiness. Most of them are fantastic, accommodating, smart people... but of course if you don't like your boss you're going to be in for a rough time.
