Pros

Daxko gets lots of awards, and by and large, they are well deserved. We have some of the best benefits around, a great open work environment that keeps you energized, and a strong leadership team who is also very transparent about the company and things on the horizon. We have ample opportunity to share our thoughts/opinions and to ask questions (weekly Q&A with the CEO).

Cons

The pace is FAST! There's always a little more work than time to do it, so you have to be "comfortable being uncomfortable". You're not going to get that to-do list done everyday.

I enjoyed the hours and everyone I worked with was very friendly. Carol, the supervisor was very personable. She prayed for our families and any issues we were having, she was very understanding.

Cons

The only cons were, that the owners decided to close us down on Dec 10th, saying we were not making enough money to justify keeping us open.
