No flexible Work from home for india folks. It’s only applicable to US employees which seems very unfair. Being in hybrid model, Indian employees force to stay in office during festive holidays by temporarily enforcing the work from office for 1-2 week, so no one can go home in long weekend. People close to senior Indian leaders are allowed to take wfh numerous time which again feel biased. If we can work remotely then why we are force to come office.

To add, only in-office employees received goodies, making it clear that the company lacks employee-friendly policies.
