      Pros

      Excellent communication from the CEO. Friendly people to work with. They have a good implementation of the Agile methodology.

      Cons

      Daxko is proud of its culture. I found it overbearing and tedious. I heard it described once as "summer camp" and that is about right, yet most employees appear to enjoy, or at least tolerate, that atmosphere. Many people I worked with have also now moved on. I found the market niche Daxko occupies to be uninteresting and the work was dull and unrewarding.

      Awesome company that genuinely cares about its customers

      Pros

      The team members at Daxko are top notch and challenge each other to improve. There are many opportunities to advance your career, and many people have done that. Dave Gray is an excellent CEO that practices what he preaches and encourages a great culture. The company's core values (sense of ownership, synergistic teamwork, and integrity without compromise) are displayed everyday by team members. The benefits are also great and have been improved over the years, as other companies have decreased them. Daxko is considered the best tech company in Birmingham and has been recognized nationally as a great place to work.

      Cons

      Team members can be moved across teams more often than some would like, although most of the teams involved work around the same software application.
