Pros

Not any find a better job

Cons

Culture is bad, not helpful and all things have to be billable as to why no true mentorship for coworkers and or team work. Timesheets have to have a certain amount of billable hours or cut your pay /bonus opportunities and they have made it almost impossible to obtain this billable amount for USA. Leadership isnt fair, no upward growth unless in other countries other than USA. Bias interactives if reside in USA and not liberal. Pay is extremely low compared to market.
