Main issue:
- Very underpaid in my opinion for the quality of work delivered, only USD $689 /month (mauritius)
Other issues:
- Senior coworkers are given very little time in teaching new starters / fresh graduates about company's projects and how to get involved, they tend to cram it up as a result! (poor training)
- Low standards in terms of office space and equipment (includes hardware specs of computers provided, only 2 gigs of ram in a developer's laptop seriously ??)
- No team outings are being organized.. no team building events (should have atleast one of those each month seriously!!)
- Transport facility for Overtime and Night shifts is deducted from our poor salary.
- Lack of technically skilled individuals in some teams, most probably due to lack of recruitment/training and leavers.
- Very poorly planned projects in some development teams, mostly due to lack of technically skilled individuals.
