Pros
Work Life Balance was good. Ceridian allowed for a fair amount of autonomy in my job function.
Cons
Lack of training with team members. Monthly job report took too much time to fill out and later found out these were never looked at. The new management created tention in the job families. Layoffs were anticipated and happened frequently.
