Pros

New technology is blazing fast and real time Lots of energy around our re-brand and new direction - a fresh infusion decent benefits

Cons

No raises for past 2 years, low commission earnings based on incoming business, no 401k match lots of organizational upheaval, stabilization underway management and stakeholder turnover is high senior leaders paint a compelling vision but current operations and worker bees can't see how to get there amidst many challenges

Pros

Was a really good company with good job opportunities where employees were treated fairly. Supervisors had a great deal of experience and an open door policy.

Cons

Investors changed everything. Many good managers were let go. All about metrics! Lots of salary and bonus freezes while there. Completely changed directions twice the last 2.5 years of my employment. Many, many layoffs of very good employees.

Pros

worked with some dedicated people although few remain used to be managers had domain knowledge not the case now iy id important in this case

Cons

company adjusting to marketplace changing profile of services offered company almost schizofrentic in how to work with clients - direction of take responsibility solve client problem be an advicte - changed not viable unless client generates enough profit - cut in personnel to handle smaller clients (numericl bulk of clients and problems) direction changes to advise client and manage expectations and take blame for it that's the job too cost cutting focused - not recognising hidden costs last 4 years middle managment has swollen and shruk with non domain knowledgable specialist, when each was announced as coming on board you could literally expect reductions in staff to make up the salary company long term plan was workforce reduction - for cost reduction made it very difficult to argue with the fact that inevitablly, you would not be there also made it tough to do the work of more and more of the people that had been laid off last year (of four) spent trying to justify to complaigning clients about the adjustment of service being handled overseas and the decline in quality due to circumstance company makes a come back by bring in new services to this facility from their NC location, only at the cost of down sizing there and not relocating any workers downsized people here not given a chance to positon into new position as they had to stay active in their current positions while new openings had to be filled day I was laid off, along with 45 others was hastened so company could benefit form insentive of new job creation (even though it was overseas)
